Graduate of the Intercontinental University at Mexico City in 1999, obtained his Degree in Architecture in 2002 with the Topic: "Municipal Center of Exhibition and Congresses in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato", this project that was sold to the Government of the State.

He participated as student, within projects such as the restoration of the historical downtown of Mexico City, in specific in the most representative buildings such as the Bank of Mexico building, the Postal Palace, the National Museum of Art (MUNAL), as well as the Domes of the Palace of Fine Arts, which is consider one of Mexico’s National Patrimony under the direction of the PhD. in Architecture Ricardo Prado Núñez (1996).


He as a professional has participated into different fields of Architecture such as Residential Building with Important Companies inside the Construction branch as RG Architects, Arkheotec, Ciisa (ICA´s Subsidiary) and Construction Atco, participating with the last one, in projects of the height of Three Towers Secoyas and Mirador located in Santa Fé, Mexico City (2000).

He as well entered inside the real-estate brokerage with Prestige and recognized Real Estate Companies such as Cushman and Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis, taking part in the successful closings of the Industrial Plant and Distribution Center in Vallejo, Mexico City for Procter & Gamble and Zara Group under the Leadership of Agustín Alvarado CEO of CB Richard Ellis in Mexico (2002).

In the year of 2003, and after 9 years of development in different areas of the Architecture, and with the satisfaction obtained in his beginnings in the labor life inside Real Turismo (Hotels Camino Real; 1991) appears the opportunity to take part in projects where he found his passion in Genre and Architectural Typology. His experience in such branch starts in Grand Tourism Developments within the principal Ports of the Country, such as Acapulco and Mazatlan, allowing him to later on, join the staff of the major national hotel emporium with 100% Mexican Capital: Mayan Resorts; at the beginning in the Central Corporate Offices located in Guadalajara and later on, in the developments of Rocky Point, Mayan Riviera and Los Cabos.

After the experience in such projects he is invited to collaborate with another strong Mexican Corporation (Grupo Casa Real) to start giving form to an ambitious hotel project (Mision la Serena) within one of the developments with major future in the region, known as Puerto los Cabos.

This is how he arises as a new option, gathering a group of young and qualified people, to offer based on this level of expertise a quality product in residential luxury projects, giving origin to Grupo AVDC (Arquitectura Viva, Desarrollo & Construcción).
