With his already wide experience in Costs, Coordination, Residence, and Supervision in the branch of the construction form a part of Construction and Real Estate Engineering, S.A. de C.V., company dedicated to the Investigation, Development, Agency and Project habitation construction of Residential Level Bonus in Mexico City as Jajalpa, and Rancho San Francisco; Artigas Architects exclusive project, besides habitation projects own of CIISA, located in exclusive zones like: Florida, Av. Toluca, San Geronimo, San Geronimo Lídice, Magdalena Contreras, Villa Coapa, developing like Project Manager, which were successful projects that are known by important developers of South Baja California.
This invited him to change his Residence here and to coordinate projects in the exclusive zone of Palmilla in San Jose del Cabo, B.C.S, entrusting him the control, execution, supervision and Quality of the same ones for the owner Senterra Corporation of Villas del Mar developing exclusive residences for diverse movie stars and North American businessmen.
